If you are getting blocked by the Web Filter, you should either see a Blue or an Orange banner. If the banner is Orange, try restarting your computer. An orange banner means that the filter is not communicating with your computer. If the problem still occurs, submit a HelpDesk ticket. If the banner is Blue, I need to know the URL (where you are trying to go) & any reason listed as to why you are being blocked (great if you can capture a screenshot)_.
